10 Week Spring Challenge Timetable

Come along and join Pilates of Mt Eliza in our 10 week Challenge!

If you’ve been thinking about starting Pilates, need something extra to add into your exercise regime or just want to get to give Pilates a try, this is the challenge for you.

It involves 30 minute classes with a theme that will challenge you by using specific muscle groups to gain strength, tone and flexibility in that area! The challenge is a great way to experience the benefits of Pilates in a 30 minute, focused and tailored class.

AB BURNER – A class dedicated to sculpting your abs. We’ll get you that six pack by summer!
LONG LEAN LEGS – Each exercise is designed to lengthen & tone all the muscles of your legs including target areas such as quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves.
LIFT THAT BUTT – This class will tone and shape your butt (a.k.a. glute muscles). Through engaging all your glute muscles in different positions and intensities you’ll get the shape you’re after.
MICHELLE OBAMA ARMS – You’ve seen her arms, pretty impressive. Tone those upper arm, chest and back muscles and look good walking around in sleeveless tops.
